Position will maintain financial leadership responsibilities for multiple plant locations. As a member of the Division Finance Team, the Controller will ensure that reported plant results comply with GAAP. This individual will also help improve financial performance of each manufacturing facility by working closely with Plant Management, Operations, Product Line Management and Sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Financial Management or related field
- 7+ years job-related experience in a multi-plant manufacturing environment
- Cost accounting, development of strategic and operational experience
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing standard costing operation including production and financial analysis
- Extensive experience with ERP software
- Advanced Excel skills
