Reports directly to the CFO.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business unit leadership to provide financial guidance and drive financial results
- Develop and implement best practices for the business unit regarding financial policies and procedures
- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting/planning, etc.
- Oversee management of the cost accounting system and provide analysis to the business leaders as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years job related experience
- 5+ years of management level supervisory experience
- Multi-site manufacturing company experience with strong cost accounting skills
- Excellent working knowledge of GAAP
- Business knowledge that includes sales, distribution, purchasing and products
- SAP and HFM experience
PREFERRED:
- CPA
