Job Responsibilities

• Management of SOX 404 compliance program.
• Implement Protiviti SOX Compliance Portal solution to manage process and ICFR risk assessment for FY2009 and beyond.
• Coordinate with Staff to support development and execution of Internal Audit plans and programs.
• Manage certain internal audit assignments as appropriate and necessary.

Requirements

• BS in Accounting (MBA preferred) or equivalent
• Minimum of 7-10 years progressive experience in internal audit with SOX 404 experience from inception of SOX requirements to date
• At least one of the following certifications - CPA/CMA/CIA/CICA (or similar)
• Manufacturing background/experience is a MUST
